Newell Organization has established its niche in finding and provides total solutions to the existing problems faced by women and children in the society. Providing minimal facilities, letting them to excel in the related domains is the key answer. Education to the girl child is also one of the main functions and arranging awareness camps, counseling centers facilitate women and children to come out of the crowd, recognizing their abilities and establish themselves on their own feet.

Newell Organization offer well chosen, customized solutions for the needed and offer quality training courses, vocational camps, awareness camps, to help out and lead many women and children to tread the path of success.
Till now Newell Organization had helped out more than 3000 women and children since 1992 and most of them are well established through helpful programs, satisfied with the solutions provided to them through awareness camps, vocational courses, cultural meets, yoga-meditation camps, employed with prosperous careers in their interested fields.
It is inspiring to go further to help out more and more women and children and establish them with a good cause that really makes a sense for the Newell Organization. Also would like to pioneer in finding the modern methods for their betterment.

The organization is established to empower women economically and socially. The main motto of organization is to encourage the women to impart self employment courses, guide them to establish their own outlets and educate women to various sources of getting loans by government / semi-government. To achieve the motto, the organization conducts workshops/seminars and exhibits the entire range of products made by empowered women by giving wide publicity. Since 1992, the organization trained more than 3000 women in various trades such as Fashion Designing, Textile designing, Beauty therapy, Arts & Crafts and Tailoring. The organizations also helped the students in getting loans and establish their own outlets. Many women have established their outlets after undergoing training and taking the guidance from this organization. The women proved themselves and continued to run their own outlets successfully.

The women have been given proper importance while imparting training and guiding them to get selected for allotment of loan. The organization is looking forward to get support from various corporate organizations, government, non-government organizations in discharging.
